Time travel......sigh......wouldnt that be lovely? Thats my first thought when I think about going back in time to the younger me and telling me things that would possibly save me so much heartache and fear. The next thought, though, is if I were to do that, would I still be me? Would I still view life as I do now? Would things be better, or worse? Would I still have my children? I dont have these answers, as Im sure no one else does, either. But, pretending I could, I would go back in time and tell the younger, 15 year old me these three things:
1. Have confidence!!!!! Laugh at your mistakes, laugh with others laughing at you, and dont be so afraid of judgement! Eveyone has s ecrets, everyone has shame, everyone has suffered.....dont let silly, small things affect you so deeply. Look in the mirror and see that not only are you beautiful on the outside, you are an incredible, special, rare being on the inside. Life will take that from you if you let it.
2. GO TO COLLEGE and GRADUATE!!! This is going to affect everything you do in your life, your future. You may not realize it now, but youre going to need that degree someday to fall back on. You need to own your future. Youre smart, youre determined, youre fully capable....quit pissing away your life and get your A** in school!!!!
3. Dont let others determine your self worth. You are perfect in Gods eyes, and believe me honey, God is all the man you need! Dont go searching for love and acceptance and that self worth in a man. Dont let friends influence you. Dont let money determine that youre worthy. You are perfect and wonderful in Gods image, that is the only acceptance you need.
Im sure in some psychobabbleriffic world, Im a true head case. Oh well. Im me, and Im not changing for you. Like it, lump it, or leave it, its your call.....but know youll be missing the most amazing person youll ever know.

Random Fun
Okay, so, since I cant seem to come up with anything good, and I cant even seem to write regularly, I'm doing fun generic posts for now. Enjoy!!!
If you were a dog, which breed would best suit you?-I would love to be a Mastiff, I think. I love the way their size is so intimidating, but underneath, they're big cuddle bugs! Although I don't think they'd hesitate to eat someone who pissed em off!
What one thing repeatedly makes you angriest?- LYING, when someone lies to me, and ESPECIALLY when I KNOW they're lying, its all I can do to hold my temper! Id so much rather be hurt with the truth than betrayed with the lie!
If you could change one thing about your face to make it more beautiful, what would you alter?-Hmm....I think I would fix my teeth, file, cap, crown, and whiten...they're not bad looking, but Id like them to be shiny white =)
If you could suddenly find out that one work of fiction was actually true, what book would you select?-Oooohhhh, this is a hard one!!! Because I don't remember the titles of most books I read, and due to which series I'm really into now, Id have to say the breed series by Lora Leigh...steamy!!!
If you could be more ambitious in only one aspect of your life, what would it be?-I would be more ambitious in going to school.....Id go back to college and graduate
If you had to nominate one person you have known for sainthood, who would you choose?-Hmmm....good question, one I'm not certain I have an answer to....might have to come back at a later date and put someone here
What is the most important ingredient of human beauty?-The heart....the heart tells all
What is the least erotic part of the human body?- Mmmm, I love the human body, male or female so that's a hard one.....okay, for men, the knees, or toes. For women, hhmmm...I guess Id have to go with knees or elbows
If you could have the power to hypnotize anyone for a day, who would you pick and what would you have them do?-Easy, my husband....and Id have him do my job, for two weeks minimum, without a complaint, with a smile, as I try to do.
What one thing gives you the most comfort?-God
If you could have witnessed one event from your family's history, what would you want to see?-I would want to see my meemaw, in her prime, as a preacher, before the accident paralyzed her for the remainder of her life.
